Pricing questions
What counts as a website?
One WordPress installation with its own domain. Staging and local copies of the same store do not count against your limit.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your store keeps working normally. The free features keep running and your data stays in your database. Paid reports and cart emails pause until you renew.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time from your account.
How do I add another store to Pro?
Buy an extra site for $24.99 a year with your Pro license key. Extra sites are only for active Pro licenses, get the same limits as Pro and renew together with your Pro plan.
Is there a monthly plan?
Not at the moment. Plans are billed yearly, which keeps the price low.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If StorePinger isn’t right for your store, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
