The plugin
StorePinger stores analytics, cart and recording data in the WordPress database and hosting of the site where it is installed. That data is controlled by the site owner. Visitor IP addresses are used only to look up a city and are not stored. Visitor identifiers rotate daily. Form fields are masked in session recordings.
This website
When you buy a plan we collect your name, email and billing details to create your account and license. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Emails
We send account, license and billing emails. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data by contacting us.
Store owners’ responsibilities
If you use StorePinger on your store, you are responsible for informing your visitors as required in your region, for example in your own privacy policy.
