Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Hafiz Abdul Aleem Shakir, Pakistan, the operator of StorePinger (“StorePinger”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using StorePinger’s websites, plugins or mobile app, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use StorePinger for a business or for clients, you confirm you can accept these terms for them.

Accounts

You give accurate information and keep it up to date.
You keep your password and sign-in methods private and are responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us right away at support@storepinger.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
For the safety of every customer, we may lock an account after repeated failed sign-ins until you contact us.

Plans and licenses

Pro gives you every StorePinger feature on one website for one year. Extra websites can be added to an active Pro license.
Agency gives you every feature on up to 35 websites for one year, including white-label reports.
A license key is activated on the websites you choose, up to your plan’s limit. You can move a license from one website to another by deactivating it first.
License keys are personal to your account. You may not share, resell or publish them.

Payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes are added where required.

Renewals and cancellation

Plans renew automatically every year so your license, updates and support continue without interruption.
You can cancel renewal at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to support@storepinger.com. Your license then stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Introductory or sale prices apply to the first year unless the offer says otherwise. We will tell you before a renewal price changes.

Refunds

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our refund policy, including how taxes and payment fees are handled. When a payment is refunded or reversed, the license it paid for is deactivated.

The free plugin

The free StorePinger plugin is free to use on any number of websites. It is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later.

The mobile app

The StorePinger app for iPhone and Android is free to download and works with StorePinger Pro and Agency. If you download it from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms for the app. Google Play’s terms apply to downloads from Google Play.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use StorePinger in breach of any law, including privacy, consumer protection and email marketing laws.
Send emails to people who have not agreed to receive them, or use bought or rented email lists.
Attempt to get around license checks, limits or security, or access accounts or systems that are not yours.
Copy, resell or redistribute StorePinger Pro or Agency, or use them to build a competing product.
Interfere with StorePinger’s services, or with other customers’ use of them.

Your data and your store

Data that StorePinger collects on your website stays in your website’s own database and belongs to you. You are responsible for your store, for telling your visitors about analytics in your privacy policy, for getting any consent your laws require, and for keeping regular backups of your website.

Intellectual property

The StorePinger name, logo, websites, mobile app, designs and documentation belong to Hafiz Abdul Aleem Shakir. Plugin code is licensed to you as described in each plugin. Nothing in these terms gives you the right to use our name or logo without our permission.

Updates and support

While your license is active, you receive updates and support by email and WhatsApp. We continuously improve StorePinger, and features may change over time as we make it better.

Third-party services

StorePinger works with WordPress, WooCommerce and other services you choose to use. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Warranty

We build StorePinger with care and stand behind it with our 14-day money-back guarantee. Beyond that guarantee, and to the extent the law allows, StorePinger is provided “as is” and “as available”, without other warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hafiz Abdul Aleem Shakir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your use of StorePinger in breach of the law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using StorePinger and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or deactivate a license, if these terms are seriously breached, a payment is reversed, or the law requires it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as StorePinger grows. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on our website before it applies.
